Job Description

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on operations leader responsible for the day-to-day performance of the warehouse, including inventory, equipment, safety, shipping, and delivery operations. This is a floor-focused leadership role that directly manages warehouse associates and delivery drivers while working alongside the team to keep the operation running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and being actively involved in the operation, not someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. This person will lead by example, hold the team accountable, solve problems as they arise, and continually look for ways to improve safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.

This is an opportunity for a strong warehouse professional to take ownership of an operation, develop and lead a team, and make a meaningful impact as the company continues to grow.

  • Perform other duties, as assigned

  • Goal-oriented self-starter, takes initiative and acts appropriately in various circumstances without direction
  • Proficient in operating a computer, conducting internet research, and learning new software applications
