Order Entry Specialist in at Flexaust Inc

• Enter and process customer orders received through online portals
• Review orders for accuracy, including pricing and product details
• Match confirmations to original orders to ensure accuracy
• Process changes, quotes, return authorizations, and cost requests
• Maintain and update open order files
• Monitor order progress and shipment timing
• Assist with expediting or tracking orders when needed
• Follow up on quotes and sample orders
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Comfortable working in computer systems and order portals
