Position Overview:

Our Geotechnical Engineering business unit is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including data entry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for construction management and strong administrative skills to contribute to our mission of promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals, letters, and reports for review by Project Managers
  • Copy, scan and file documents
  • Assist other office personnel as directed with copying, filing, report reproduction, mailing
  • Assist with answering phones, take and distribute accurate messages
  • General office duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an environmental or sustainability-focused organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Passion for environmental issues and a commitment to promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.
