Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Texas - Remote work! Founded in the 1960's, we are a full service law firm with 5 offices and 100 attorneys. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients.

Work remote! Looking for candidates in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials Required:· TX Bar· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:· General, Premises Liability, MVA· Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation· Construction Defect· Products Liability, Toxic Torts· Insurance Coverage
