Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager based in India.
This is a senior, hands-on growth marketing opportunity focused on building a repeatable B2B demand-generation engine.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders to turn expertise into targeted campaigns, compelling content, and qualified sales opportunities.
The role spans strategy and execution across content, outreach, email marketing, SEO, website optimisation, and marketing automation.
You will own initiatives across the full funnel, from prospect research and lead capture through nurturing, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Success will be measured by qualified responses, sales conversations, opportunities, and measurable revenue impact rather than content volume alone.
The position suits a commercially minded marketer who enjoys autonomy, experimentation, and building scalable processes.
You will also have opportunities to leverage AI, automation, video, partnerships, and emerging growth channels to accelerate marketing performance.
- Build and execute a repeatable B2B demand-generation strategy designed to generate qualified leads, sales conversations, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Conduct targeted prospect research and develop personalised outreach campaigns aligned with priority audiences and business objectives.
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, websites, email, newsletters, and long-form formats, translating complex or executive-level topics into engaging and accessible messaging.
- Develop founder-led and expert-led content programs, including video production and editing using appropriate tools and workflows.
- Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, campaign execution, and conversion initiatives throughout the customer funnel.
- Publish and optimise website content, landing pages, and on-page SEO initiatives to improve discoverability and lead generation.
- Manage CRM, marketing automation, analytics, reporting, and campaign-management processes, establishing systems that support consistent execution and measurement.
- Identify opportunities across partnerships, guest content, PR, account-based marketing, and selective paid campaigns.
- Collaborate directly with founders, executives, and subject-matter experts to develop compelling campaigns and marketing assets.
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes, messaging, targeting, and conversion.
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate research, content creation, campaign management, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate freelancers, agencies, or specialist suppliers when required and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior, hands-on marketing position with responsibility for strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of building or improving lead-generation, campaign, content, or demand-generation systems.
- Experience marketing to senior decision-makers, executive buyers, or mid-market audiences.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, including content, outbound outreach, lead capture, nurturing, conversion, analytics, and measurement.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting, editing, and editorial judgment.
- Ability to simplify technical, complex, or executive-level concepts into clear and compelling content.
- Experience producing LinkedIn, website, email, newsletter, and long-form content.
- Video-editing experience with tools such as Descript, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or comparable lightweight design tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing systems, analytics tools, CMS platforms, and campaign-management software.
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO and digital publishing practices.
- Strong organisational, project-management, analytical, and prioritisation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple competing priorities from concept through completion.
- Strong commercial mindset, proactive approach, ownership mentality, and focus on continuous process improvement.
- Preferred experience in professional services, consulting, technology, B2B SaaS, AI consulting, or enterprise technology.
- Experience with founder-led or expert-led content, account-based marketing, highly targeted outbound campaigns, or early-stage marketing technology stacks is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, writing, content production, automation, and campaign management is a plus.
- 100% work-from-home model with a dedicated work-from-home allowance.
- HMO coverage for you and one dependent.
- 20 days of annual leave plus 5 days of sick leave.
- Government-mandated benefits and 13th-month pay.
- Computer equipment provided to support your work.
- Competitive salary.
- Opportunities for professional and career growth.
- Remote work environment designed to support flexibility, productivity, and autonomy.
