Senior Wholesale Account Executive: A new product. A ground floor growth opportunity.

HighTechLending is celebrating 20 years in business and expanding our Wholesale team!

• We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Account Executive with an established network of mortgage brokers, TPOs, and loan originators to help us introduce our innovative Equity Select forward product to the market and grow our Reverse Mortgage business.

This is a ground floor opportunity to bring a new product to the brokers you already know and trust, while expanding your existing business with an innovative equity solution designed for homeowners who may not fit traditional mortgage products.

If you have a proven track record, an established book of business, strong broker relationships, and the drive to introduce something new to your clients, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success as a Wholesale Account Executive or similar mortgage sales professional
• Established relationships with mortgage brokers, TPOs, and loan originators
• Experience with Non-QM or specialty mortgage products is a plus
• Strong Reverse Mortgage experience and industry relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prospecting and follow through skills
• Existing relationships throughout California and the West Coast preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed

Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually, depending on experience, plus commission. Estimated total Compensation: $50,000-$300,000 annually, including commission. Actual compensation and commission will vary based on experience, qualifications, individual performance, and sales results. The estimated total compensation range is not a guarantee of earnings.
