  • Collaborate with AI and data leadership to identify business challenges suited for automation or AI solutions, prioritize opportunities, and establish measurable success criteria.
  • Build and maintain a business outcomes framework that tracks ROI, adoption, benefit realization, and performance against original initiative projections.
  • Provide executive leadership with regular reporting on portfolio health, resource utilization, initiative velocity, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Lead supervisory responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, work allocation, and team development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, adaptability, and disciplined execution while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with enterprise priorities.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives from strategy through implementation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to bridge business and technology organizations, translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements, and influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise portfolio management, program governance, business architecture, operating models, and value realization.
  • Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
  • Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP, or program management certification such as PfMP or MSP, is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate priorities, dependencies, resource constraints, and business impact.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
