Rapid Response Staffing Solutions (RRS) is seeking reliable, hardworking, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Service Workers at Kilgore College in Kilgore, Texas. Location: Kilgore College – Kilgore, TX
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Position: Food Service Worker
Position Responsibilities- Assist with daily food service and kitchen operations
- Prepare, serve, and distribute food and beverages
- Assist with setting up and maintaining serving areas
- Keep kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas clean and organized
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with stocking food, supplies, and other kitchen materials
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and food service staff
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical kitchen duties
- Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude
- Previous food service, kitchen, cafeteria, or hospitality experience is preferred but may not be required
