Title Clerk – Automotive Dealership in Utica, New York at Nimeys New Generation Cars Inc

New Generation Cars is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys staying organized, and is eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Process retail and wholesale vehicle deals and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate
• Prepare and submit title, registration, tax, payoff, and funding documents
• Process DMV paperwork through NYS VERIFI and work with out-of-state DMVs as needed
• Track titles, lien releases, payments, and wholesale transactions
• Verify vehicle titles and maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and organize documents in the dealership management system
• Help resolve title and documentation issues
• Stay current on NYS DMV requirements and complete required training
• Perform general administrative duties as needed
