Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support for adults with developmental disabilities
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Support emotional, social, and physical well being
• Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
• Transport residents to appointments and off-site activities
• Collaborate with healthcare, vocational, and support teams
• Protect resident rights and follow all safety procedures
This is a safety sensitive caregiver position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to complete Arizona approved Certified Caregiver training; employer paid
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• CPR / First Aid certification; or willingness to obtain, employer paid
• Food Handler’s Card: or willingness to obtain, employer paid
• Strong ethics, compassion, and reliability
• Alignment with a faith based Christian mission preferred
• Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.
