In this unique dual role, you’ll work closely with Production, Manufacturing, and Accounting to track labor and material costs, review work orders and inventory, and deliver accurate job-costing information to leadership. You’ll also provide direct support to the CIO by coordinating projects, preparing reports, managing schedules and records, conducting research, assisting with purchases, and supporting credit card reconciliations.

Job Summary:
As Costing Analyst, employee will work with Production and Manufacturing to maintain labor and material cost through understanding the work order and inventory systems and provide Accounting and Senior Management with accurate job costing. As Executive Assistant, employee will support the CIO with a wide array of tasks, including, but not limited to: Special Project follow up, various routine and special reports preparation and submittal, records control, research and verification of information, appointment and task scheduling, purchasing, and aiding in the credit cards reconciliation process.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Routine data entry, report preparation, and email distribution.
· Sorting and electronic scanning of completed manufacturing documents.
· Job Costing process for shipped jobs which includes analysis of cost variances, and resolution where required.
· Providing manufactured items costing to Senior Management, as requested.
· Supporting month end close process.
· Researching and preparing documents and reports.
· Controlling and organizing documents.
· Maintaining communications with vendors, in relation to ongoing projects.
· Online research.
· Maintaining executive calendar and meeting agendas.
· Assisting in planning events/travel/purchases.
· Regulatory and statutory compliance management and submittal.
· Performance of other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and undertake the above responsibilities.
• Experience in the construction and metal manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Sage 100.
• Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ethical conduct and professionalism.
• Thoroughness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, prioritizing duties, and working under pressure.
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an efficient team.
