You'll guide members through a variety of financial needs, including:

• Opening and maintaining accounts
• Processing transfers and payments
• Supporting ACH and wire transactions
• Assisting with deposit and lending services
• Helping members find solutions that fit their lives

• 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for helping people
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort learning new technology
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information

• Banking or credit union experience
• Contact center experience
• Sales or relationship-building experience
