Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead territory strategy and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, balancing immediate revenue goals with sustainable account growth. You will identify opportunities, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and build a predictable pipeline that supports consistent performance.

  • Own and execute territory and account strategies, identifying whitespace, expanding existing relationships, and generating new revenue opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key decision-makers to understand business objectives, technical priorities, and purchasing processes.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to develop and position compelling solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable business value.

  • Establish and leverage relationships with value-added resellers (VARs) and channel partners to generate demand, expand market reach, and accelerate deal execution.

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery and qualification through solution positioning, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing, using methodologies such as MEDDICC.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and disciplined pipeline management, providing clear visibility into deal progress, potential risks, and revenue expectations.

  • Balance in-quarter execution with multi-quarter account planning to achieve immediate targets and long-term growth objectives.

  • Coordinate Partner Managers, product specialists, Customer Success teams, and other internal resources to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize account value.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a results-driven enterprise sales professional with a strong record of achieving revenue targets, developing new business, and managing complex customer relationships. You should combine commercial and financial acumen with a collaborative approach and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

  • At least 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience selling storage, data center, infrastructure, cloud, data platform technologies, or related enterprise solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in generating new business, entering accounts, building qualified pipelines, and closing new opportunities.

  • Strong experience with channel-driven sales models and the ability to develop productive relationships with VARs and other channel partners.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Partner Managers, and specialists to develop and close complex deals.

  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, and sales execution skills.

  • Business and financial acumen, including the ability to structure deals, develop compelling value propositions, and communicate return on investment (ROI) to executive stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.

  • A thorough understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to navigate stakeholders across IT, Finance, Procurement, and executive leadership.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while taking ownership of results.

  • Current residence in the Greater Tampa or Orlando, Florida area is mandatory. Candidates residing outside this region will be automatically disqualified.
