CDL Driver in Shreveport, Louisiana at RENEW WASTE SOLUTIONS, LLC

Renew Waste Solutions is hiring a reliable and safety‑focused Class A CDL Driver to operate 53’ dry vans. We’re a growing company offering advancement opportunities and performance/safe‑driving bonuses.

You’ll run scheduled routes, complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and occasionally assist customers on-site. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport freight to assigned locations while following all traffic and safety regulations
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, mileage, fuel, and incidents
• Communicate with dispatch and team members about schedules or issues

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient truck driving skills, including manual transmission
• Flatbed and forklift experience a plus
• Strong understanding of load‑securement techniques
• Solid navigation and route‑planning skills
• Clear, professional communication
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Current Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to commute to Shreveport, LA 71108
