We're looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Director who is passionate about helping seniors and their families find the right place to call home.

In this role, you'll drive occupancy growth by building meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. You'll guide families through the decision-making process, conduct community tours, coordinate follow-up activities, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout their journey to Primrose.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Previous sales experience required; senior living experience preferred
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales and occupancy goals
• Ability to develop and maintain referral and community partnerships
• Experience using CRM systems and managing follow-up activities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with community teams and Home Office staff
• Flexibility to accommodate prospective residents, families, and community events
