What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients warmly and create a polished, welcoming first impression
- Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions in a professional, patient-friendly manner
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and support front office financial processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth daily workflow
- Coordinate with clinical team to support efficient patient flow
- Handle sensitive patient information with strict HIPAA compliance
- Provide a calm, reassuring experience for patients in a surgical setting
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of dental or medical front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- Comfort with dental software and scheduling systems (preferred)
