SUMMARY
Family Service League is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our DASH Program in Hauppauge, NY. The Supervisor will assist with the Assistant Director/Clinical Director by providing clinical and administrative oversight and guidance to a 24-hour hour per day, 7 day per week outpatient crisis stabilization program that includes a 24-hour crisis hotline and mobile response team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative oversight to the staff of the crisis stabilization program, crisis hotline and mobile response team so that each can attain program and Agency goals.
- Oversee staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and conducting supervisions and performance appraisals.
- Rotate on-call responsibilities for the program.
- Ensure programmatic compliance with related regulations and agency policies.
- Monitor the program schedule, ensure proper staffing and look for coverage to fill gaps.
- Provide training for all program staff on agency policy, use of the EMR, clinical response, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
- The Supervisor will hold regular team meetings and case conferences.
- Ensure the health and safety of staff and clients during emergencies.
- Provide clinical backup when necessary.
- The Supervisor will maintain relationships with local law enforcement, emergency management, hospital systems and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate linkages and follow up occur.
- Coordinate with Information Technology staff regarding the use of technology tools and computer applications.
- Utilize data and other reports to monitor program outcomes, follow up with staff and to inform decisions.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in a related field required.
Licensed clinical degree, such as Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LMSW, LMHC or equivalent required.
Two years of experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use or co-occurring disorders required. Experience in clinic-based programs (OMH and OASAS) preferred.
One year experience in management and oversight of clinic-based programs preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability problem solve, multitask, make clear decisions and work as part of a team.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records required.
Valid and clean NYS Driver’s License required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to mobilize throughout the clinic.
Ability to bend, stretch and stand for long periods of time.
