Position Summary:

The Data Specialist and AI Analyst supports Agape Network's reentry initiatives by managing data systems, analyzing program performance, and leveraging technology to improve service delivery, referral management, and operational efficiency.

The Data Specialist and AI Analyst also play a key role in implementing and maintaining AI-driven and automated solutions that streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, enhance communication processes, and support informed decision-making. This position works closely with program staff, community partners, and leadership to ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and the effective use of technology to support reentry services and positive participant outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, maintain, and analyze program data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with grant and contractual requirements.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual survey reports for reentry participants.
  3. Monitor referral activity and participant engagement throughout the reentry continuum to identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Ensure digital referral information remains accessible, clear, and user-friendly for external partners.
  5. Work closely with Outreach, Admissions, and Program teams to improve referral tracking and communication.
  6. Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline data collection, reporting processes, and administrative workflows.
  7. Support the development and implementation of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  8. Track participant outcomes related to housing, employment, behavioral health treatment, recidivism reduction, and other reentry performance measures.
  9. Collaborate with program staff to ensure timely entry of participant information and accurate documentation within designated databases.
  10. Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to support program planning, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
  11. Develop automated reporting tools and workflows to reduce manual processes and improve reporting accuracy.
  12. Manage and maintain Agape’s social media platforms to promote services, programs, outreach activities, and community resources.
  13. Serve as a liaison between program staff, leadership, and information technology teams to address data management and reporting needs.
  14. Research emerging technologies, artificial intelligence applications, and best practices that can enhance program operations and participant outcomes.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and security of participant information in accordance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
Requirements:

Education and/

or Experience:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, project management, or information systems are preferred. Candidate should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in data management, reporting, program evaluation, business intelligence, healthcare operations, behavioral health, criminal justice, reentry services, or a related field. Experience working with grant-funded programs and performance-based contracts is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience developing reports, dashboards, and data tracking systems, as well as utilizing AI, automation, and workflow management tools to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
