EQUIPMENT OPERATOR in Williston, North Dakota at Liberty Energy Services, LLC

Summary of Position:

The Equipment Operator supports safe and efficient frac operations by operating and maintaining equipment, assisting with rig-up and rig-down, and ensuring equipment is ready for each stage.

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate trucks, forklifts, and frac equipment.
• Assist with rig-up and rig-down of high- and low-pressure equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on trucks, pumping equipment, frac iron, and hoses.
• Maintain required DOT and equipment inspection documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement.

• Ensure assigned equipment is inspected and ready to operate on time.
• Check fluids and visually inspect equipment before startup.
• Safely and efficiently rig up and rig down frac equipment.
• Operate assigned frac equipment during operations.
• Remain attentive to assigned equipment and promptly identify potential issues.
• Communicate equipment status and concerns to the Frac Supervisor.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance as required.
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain packing lubrication and other equipment service requirements.
• Complete required equipment inspections and documentation.
• Verify equipment is properly shut down and secured.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean location.

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on operational needs.

• Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Regular exposure to dust, odors, oil, fumes, noise, and changing weather conditions.
• Must consistently follow established safety requirements and procedures.
