• Provide a warm and timely greeting to every customer

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences

• Work closely with customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction

• Perform minor watch repairs (training provided)

• Complete sales paperwork, warranties, and guarantees accurately

• Properly handle and secure cash and the till

• Clean showcases and maintain store appearance

• Assist with inventory and merchandise presentation

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required

• Jewelry experience is not required—we will provide training

• Part-time hours

• Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Monday through Friday availability is a plus
