Position_Description :
Primary Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include the following specific tasks:
- Review and approve payroll
- Review and approve invoices
- Assist with project submittals
- Assist with force account documents
- Prepare and approve employee expense reports
- Enter job budgets from estimate software to accounting and payroll software
- Assist with project closeout activities
Position Requirements :
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 1-2 years Construction Industry related experience preferred
- Associates degree in related field preferred
- Ability to learn construction software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to serve internal and external customers
- General computer skills, including MS0365 suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining accuracy
