It is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or candidate with 0–2 years of experience who is eager to launch or build a career in legal marketing and grow with the firm.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Assist with the outdoor advertising program by maintaining rotation schedules and tracking billboard placements across San Antonio; serve as a point of contact for vendors to deliver creative assets on time; review vendor invoices for accuracy against the budget; maintain detailed campaign records.

· Support social media management: Schedule and publish posts using approved content and tools; assist with basic graphic creation and captions; monitor engagement and community interactions under supervision.

· Support the creation of English and Spanish marketing materials, learning and applying Texas State Bar guidelines to ensure all content meets regulatory standards.

· Assist with coordination of community events, sponsorships, photo opportunities, and charitable initiatives.

· Track basic marketing metrics and prepare simple reports for leadership.

· Maintain organized marketing files, asset libraries, compliance documentation, and vendor communications.

· Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing function as the firm grows.

· Uphold and model the firm’s core values in all internal and external interactions, including professional communication with clients, vendors, and team members.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high attention to detail to help manage project schedules, cross-reference invoices, and organize compliance files.

· Proficiency with design tools, social media platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheet functions for tracking and reporting.

· Solid written communication skills and a willingness to learn how to write marketing copy that meets strict legal and ethical standards.

· Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment, prioritize competing tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

· Genuine interest in social media trends, content creation, and learning personal injury legal marketing.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is highly preferred.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field required. Collage graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

· 2 years of professional experience in marketing support, social media coordination, administrative roles, event planning, or related fields. Internship experience or hands-on social media/content projects (personal, school, or professional) are valued.

· Prior exposure to law firms, legal marketing, billboard/outdoor advertising, or vendor management is a plus but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None.

Growth Opportunity:

· This position is designed to grow with the firm.
