As an Insulated Glass Manufacturing Team Member, you'll work alongside an experienced team to safely and efficiently manufacture insulated glass units used in residential and commercial projects. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll play an important role in delivering quality products our customers can count on.

Duties:

• Manufacture insulated glass units in a safe and efficient manner.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, push, and pull up to 80 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, twist, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and an industrial manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional overtime may be available based on production needs.
