As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in building a world-class engineering organization by identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional technical talent across Latin America. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering leaders and talent teams to shape hiring strategies and strengthen the candidate pipeline. This role offers the opportunity to define recruiting practices in a rapidly growing technology environment while developing deep expertise in one of the most competitive engineering talent markets. You will combine strategic sourcing, relationship building, and technical understanding to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. Working remotely within a collaborative team, you will have significant ownership and influence over how future teams are built.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles across Latin America, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offer management, and successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong outbound sourcing strategy to identify high-quality technical candidates, including passive talent from competitive engineering markets.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand team needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate pipelines.
- Develop expertise in target talent markets, identifying high-performing engineering teams, emerging talent hubs, and effective sourcing channels.
- Use modern recruiting technologies, AI-powered sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and processes within recruiting platforms, ensuring visibility and trust across teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, providing a strong candidate experience and building long-term relationships within the technical community.
- Challenge hiring decisions when needed, maintaining a high talent bar and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Support improvements to recruiting processes, contribute feedback, and help strengthen the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, or a similar talent acquisition role.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring technical talent, particularly within software engineering or technology-focused environments.
- Strong outbound sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment platforms.
- Ability to understand technical roles and communicate effectively with engineers, engineering leaders, and technical candidates.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage searches, identify challenges, and drive hiring processes forward.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Genuine interest in candidate experience and ability to act as a career partner rather than simply coordinating interviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in fast-changing environments.
- Comfortable using AI-powered recruiting tools and modern recruitment technologies as part of daily workflows.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
