What You'll Do- Build relationships with English and Spanish-speaking customers
- Develop insurance quotes and present personalized coverage solutions
- Make sales presentations and confidently close sales
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service in both English and Spanish
- Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance and financial products
- Consistently achieve sales goals while contributing to a positive team environment
- Base Salary plus a very competitive commission program

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
- Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Must be confident prospecting, opening doors, and setting appointments from a cold start
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
- Passion for helping customers and delivering an outstanding experience
