As a Senior Business Architect, you will take ownership of understanding client business needs, translating strategic objectives into actionable solutions, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through successful technology implementations. You will play a key role in shaping consulting engagements, improving delivery practices, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
- Lead complex CRM consulting engagements, including strategic, program-level, and tactical initiatives.
- Partner with solution architects and technical teams to ensure solutions deliver the intended business outcomes.
- Lead business analysts and client teams through requirements discovery, analysis, and solution definition.
- Manage and mentor a team of business analysts while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, define processes, and create project deliverables.
- Develop current-state and future-state business process models, journey maps, personas, and experience maps.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, logical data models, context diagrams, and integration requirements.
- Support solution design reviews and collaborate on client presentations alongside technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to leverage CRM capabilities and supporting technologies to improve business processes.
- Create strategic roadmaps and guide customers through digital transformation decisions.
- Support project planning, risk management, documentation, communication, and change management activities.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to internal consulting practices, methodologies, and centers of excellence.
- Provide leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate is an experienced consulting professional with strong business architecture expertise, CRM implementation experience, and the ability to lead enterprise transformation initiatives. You should combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- 7+ years of external consulting experience, including at least 3 years focused on CRM consulting.
- Proven experience delivering CRM solutions using platforms such as Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM technologies.
- Experience implementing small, medium, and enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
- Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping methodologies.
- Experience leading agile, waterfall, and hybrid implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Experience leading workshops and discussions with large stakeholder groups.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams, including distributed or offshore resources.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies and enterprise solution roadmaps.
- Multiple CRM platform certifications are preferred (such as administrator, consultant, application builder, or developer certifications).
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and solve complex problems proactively.
