Manager, Specialty Clinics - FT Days
Three Crosses Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Manager, Specialty Clinics to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for assigned specialty clinics. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and the effective utilization of clinical information systems.
The manager serves as a key partner to physicians, clinic leadership, administration, and information technology teams to optimize clinic operations, improve patient outcomes, and support organizational growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily operations of assigned specialty clinics, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional patient experiences.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to clinic staff.
- Utilize operational, financial, and clinical data to drive performance improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission, OSHA, state regulations, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
- Develop and deliver EMR training, educational materials, and competency assessments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business administration. Will consider equivalent combination education and experience.
- 3+ years’ leadership experience, preferred in healthcare
- Meet all Employee Health Requirements
- Experience leading EMR implementations, optimization projects, or clinical informatics initiatives preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
