• Educate homeowners on safety standards, maintenance needs, and the best solutions for their home.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates for repairs, cleanings, installations, and rebuilds.
• Close sales using a consultative, no-pressure approach — you're solving problems, not just selling.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

Physical Requirements:
