This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Consultant- AI & Automation based in India.

This is a senior technical role focused on applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to transform IT managed services.
You will design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions across data center, network management, digital workplace, and related environments.
The role combines software engineering expertise with machine learning, automation, NLP, computer vision, and emerging AI technologies.
You will work closely with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for intelligent automation.
Your solutions will help improve operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, incident response, and cybersecurity capabilities.

• Design, develop, and implement AI and ML solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of IT managed services.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI, ML, and intelligent automation into existing IT systems, workflows, and operational processes.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning models for use cases including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, automated incident response, and operational optimization.
• Build NLP solutions that enhance service desk operations, employee experiences, and customer interactions.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, and intelligent decision-making.
• Contribute to computer vision initiatives supporting IT asset management, security, and related operational applications.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions for network management, cybersecurity threat detection, and other complex IT operations.
• Research emerging AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve existing solutions and introduce new capabilities.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data pipelines and datasets for AI/ML applications.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, architecture documentation, implementation guidelines, and AI/ML best practices.
• Ensure solutions follow relevant technical, security, ethical, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate AI/ML capabilities, recommendations, risks, and outcomes clearly.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience focused on AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning, neural networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, statistical modeling, mathematics, and analytical techniques used in AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI/ML services.
• Experience using Git or comparable version control systems and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain sophisticated AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI/ML within IT operations, network management, cybersecurity, or similar enterprise technology environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with MLOps methodologies and tools is an advantage.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, is desirable.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML initiatives or technical research publications are advantageous.
• Understanding of responsible and ethical AI principles and their practical application is a plus.
• A Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related discipline is considered an additional advantage.
