Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns and manages 30 boutique luxury hotels in the Americas, all with fantastic high-volume restaurant operations in beautiful settings. We are looking for professional Chefs at all stages of your career journey to provide immediate boots-on-the-ground support.

$1,500/WEEK + FREE HOUSING + FLIGHTS
1-6 MONTH ASSIGNMENTS
THE JOB:
You will manage the day-to-day kitchen or banquet operations around the resort. This includes scheduling/payroll, hiring/training, ordering, hands-on management, kitchen collaboration/bar specials, cooking. Depending on the size of the resort, you’ll report to the Director of F&B or General Manager.
Requirements:EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
You have 2-5 years of experience as a CDC, Sous or Exec Sous in a full-service Restaurant, Hotel or Resort.
You have managed high-volume operations: $2-5M annual revenues, teams of 20+, multiple outlets.
You have the enthusiasm and energy to make an immediate impact and jump right into a new project.
You are flexible to commit to assignments from 30 days to 6 months.
THE OFFER:
$1,500/week
Stay for FREE at the assigned hotel
Flights to and from your home-base
Full-Time W2 employee
As a Chef de Cuisine, you are flexible to take assignments as they fit your schedule through out Montana and Wyoming.
Like your assignment? Many task-force chef positions are open as temp-to-hire, which come with an annual salary, bonus, and benefits.
