The professional will be responsible for managing and evolving corporate systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement, effective governance, and alignment between technology capabilities and business needs.

• Manage, configure, and enhance platforms for demand management, project management, portfolio management, collaboration, and IT service management.
• Support the evolution of operational processes, workflows, and service models, identifying opportunities for standardization and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor performance indicators, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the lifecycle of assigned solutions, evaluating new functionalities, improvements, and alignment with business requirements and technology roadmaps.
• Act as a focal point between internal teams, technology partners, and suppliers, ensuring quality deliveries, SLA management, testing, validation, and user enablement.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, process automation projects, and improvements to corporate management models.
• Promote best practices in technology adoption, governance, and operational processes across different teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience in systems analysis, IT governance, business processes, and technology platforms, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience managing IT demands, processes, projects, products, and technology governance initiatives.
• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, and customizing corporate management platforms, such as Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, and integrated applications), Microsoft project and portfolio management solutions, and ITSM/ESM platforms.
• Experience building and monitoring dashboards, performance indicators, and operational metrics.
• Experience managing relationships with technology suppliers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, PMBOK, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), including incident, problem, change, and service request management processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience with digital transformation, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.
• Experience defining governance models and best practices for EPM, ESM, and ITSM environments.
