Job Description
Department: Equipment Room
Supervisor: Larson Harley, School Facilities & Photo Lab Manager
Duration: Academic Term
Availability: One 5-hour shift per week between 9:30 AM-2:30 PM or 3:00 PM-8:00 PM. Evening shifts are not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
Position Summary
The Equipment Room Assistant supports the daily operations of the Equipment Room by helping maintain, organize, distribute, and track photography equipment used by ICP students and staff.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Assist with equipment checkout and returns
- Prepare equipment orders for classes and events
- Maintain equipment inventory and organization
- Support preventative maintenance efforts
- Assist with photographic troubleshooting
- Support administrative projects and general office tasks

Eligibility
Only currently enrolled One-Year Certificate (OYC) students are eligible to apply. All applicants will be reviewed by the OYC Program Coordinator to confirm enrollment and eligibility.
