Responsibilities include supervising staff (5–20 members), managing food safety/quality, handling cash, inventory control, and addressing customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Directs daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency.
• Team Supervision: Assigns tasks, motivates team members, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Guest Experience: Addresses customer feedback and resolves complaints immediately to ensure satisfaction.
• Administrative Duties: Manages labor hours, inventory, and cash control (e.g., drawer counts, safe deposits).
• Training & Safety: Assists with training new employees and monitors compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, work in close quarters, and lift up to 25–50lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Previous restaurant experience is typically required.
