Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analytics Associate based in United States.
This role sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and modern AI-driven analytics, supporting clients in turning complex datasets into clear, actionable business decisions. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where analytics is treated as a product, not a deliverable, and where curiosity and experimentation are highly valued. The role emphasizes building scalable reporting systems, improving workflows through automation, and using AI to enhance both speed and insight quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, marketing, engineering, and client services to solve meaningful business problems. A strong focus is placed on transforming raw data into compelling narratives that drive decision-making. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building, learning quickly, and shaping how modern analytics is delivered. You will be part of a culture that prioritizes innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
You will design, build, and evolve analytics systems that enable better decision-making, while embedding AI and automation into daily workflows.
- Build scalable reporting systems, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that function as evolving products rather than static deliverables.
- Develop automations, workflows, and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting effort.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data using tools such as SQL and BI platforms, translating results into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business needs and deliver clear analytical solutions.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate research, reporting, visualization, and insight generation.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing analytics systems, tools, and processes.
- Communicate findings in a clear, structured way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership of projects from data exploration through to delivery and presentation.
This role requires strong analytical ability, curiosity, and a modern approach to data that includes AI-enabled workflows and storytelling.
- Experience with analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence tools such as GA4, SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to build dashboards and data visualizations tailored to different stakeholder needs.
- Strong capability in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to support analysis, reporting, or workflow optimization.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and learning new tools quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Naturally curious, proactive, and focused on outcomes rather than outputs.
- Experience in Python, R, marketing analytics, or consulting environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility across the United States
- Competitive total compensation range of $65,000–$70,000
- Annual compensation review cycle
- Opportunity to work with modern AI-driven analytics tools and workflows
- Exposure to diverse client industries and complex data challenges
- Culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
- Collaborative, cross-functional teams with strong emphasis on mentorship and growth
- Inclusive, B-Corp certified workplace focused on responsible business practices
- Opportunity to shape how AI is integrated into analytics delivery
