Requirements

This role requires a strong cloud engineering background with hands-on experience in designing and managing enterprise cloud environments. You are a technically skilled and self-driven professional capable of operating in client-facing situations while delivering robust infrastructure solutions. You are comfortable working independently, solving complex technical problems, and translating business needs into scalable cloud architectures.

  • 4+ years of IT experience with at least 2–4 years focused on cloud technologies, or 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong cloud exposure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Solid understanding of hybrid cloud environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience designing and implementing network and connectivity solutions, including VPNs and hybrid network architectures.
  • Proven ability to architect, scope, and deliver tailored cloud solutions based on client requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, and system integration issues.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD pipeline environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments or financial services clients is a plus.
  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365) are highly desirable.
  • Proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and technical expertise.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Remote-first work environment within the United States.
  • Career development opportunities in enterprise cloud architecture and professional services.
  • Exposure to complex, high-impact financial services and investment industry clients.
  • Access to training, certifications, and continuous learning opportunities.
