We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Director who thrives on networking, enjoys being out in the community, and is passionate about helping seniors live their best lives.

What You'll DoBe the Face of the Community
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, community organizations, and local businesses.
  • Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and community functions.
  • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies that keep our community top-of-mind.
Guide Families Through the Journey
  • Conduct engaging and personalized community tours.
  • Help prospective residents and families understand the benefits of our lifestyle and services.
  • Manage the sales process from first inquiry through move-in.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and referral sources.
Drive Occupancy and Growth
  • Meet and exceed community occupancy goals.
  • Track leads, tours, deposits, and move-ins using sales and marketing systems.
  • Analyze trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales plans that drive results.
Lead with Positivity
  • Partner closely with the Executive Director and leadership team.
  • Support training efforts related to customer service, tours, and sales best practices.
  • Serve as a role model for exceptional hospitality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or business development experience preferred.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, admissions, leasing, or community outreach.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/sales software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Base Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually plus position is commission eligible
