What You'll DoBe the Face of the Community- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and community functions.
- Develop and execute creative outreach strategies that keep our community top-of-mind.
- Conduct engaging and personalized community tours.
- Help prospective residents and families understand the benefits of our lifestyle and services.
- Manage the sales process from first inquiry through move-in.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and referral sources.
- Meet and exceed community occupancy goals.
- Track leads, tours, deposits, and move-ins using sales and marketing systems.
- Analyze trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement sales plans that drive results.
- Partner closely with the Executive Director and leadership team.
- Support training efforts related to customer service, tours, and sales best practices.
- Serve as a role model for exceptional hospitality and professionalism.
You are:

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- An excellent communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or business development experience preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, admissions, leasing, or community outreach.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/sales software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Base Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually plus position is commission eligible
