While performing duties related to St. Clair Hospital position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating patient care services provided within the service line areas and for the provision of those services by assigned personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Master’s degree, or current enrollment in a Master’s degree program.
2. Five to seven years of experience in managing operations within a healthcare system.
3. One of the following:

1. Current license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
