What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Create positive first impressions during check-in and throughout each guest's stay.
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, directions, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, confirming, and canceling guest stays.
- Maintain accurate guest records and room availability information.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions with attention to detail.
- Assist guests with luggage when needed.
- Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local entertainment recommendations.
- Promote hotel and Marriott loyalty programs and special offers.
- Complete daily shift responsibilities and operational checklists.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and professional judgment.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Positive, outgoing personality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality and helping others.
No prior hotel experience is required—we're happy to train the right candidate!
Seeking applicants interested in working Saturday and Sunday (2p-10p) and additional evening shifts as needed.
