Customer Service Support

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our sales and customer service team. In this role, you’ll help process orders and quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience from request to resolution. What You’ll Do
· Partner with the sales and customer service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
· Enter customer orders accurately and promptly.
· Prepare and process quotes while building knowledge of products and vendor tools.
· Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
· Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
· Help prioritize requests, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
· Build positive working relationships with teammates, customers, and managers.
· Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven culture.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning internal systems and software.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
· Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret information and respond to customer needs.
· Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience
· 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
