This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead, Demand Generation based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of inbound growth strategy, focused on turning digital intent into qualified pipeline through high-performing web experiences, SEO/AEO optimization, and conversion-focused demand generation programs. A key part of the role involves continuously testing and optimizing web experiences to improve inbound efficiency and lead quality. This is a highly analytical and impact-driven role for someone who understands how to translate digital traffic into real business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute inbound demand generation strategies focused on increasing high-intent conversions such as demo requests, contact form fills, and gated asset downloads
  • Optimize website conversion paths, landing pages, CTAs, and forms to improve visitor-to-lead conversion rates across all digital touchpoints
  • Build and manage B2B digital and self-serve experiences, including gated content flows, calculators, and e-commerce-style conversion journeys
  • Lead SEO and AEO initiatives including metadata optimization, content structure, keyword targeting, and visibility across search engines and LLM-based discovery platforms
  • Identify content gaps and high-value keyword opportunities to drive incremental organic traffic and pipeline growth
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and lead routing across CRM and automation systems
  • Collaborate with web, product marketing, and content teams to continuously improve site experience, messaging, and conversion effectiveness
  • Analyze performance data and run structured experiments to improve inbound efficiency and lead quality over time
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or web marketing with a strong focus on inbound and conversion optimization
  • Proven track record of improving website performance through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvements
  • Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals including on-page optimization, metadata, content structure, and evolving AEO/LLM search practices
  • Experience managing web content supporting the full buyer journey, including blogs, landing pages, and gated assets
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret web performance data and drive actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with web development, product marketing, and marketing operations teams
  • Strong project management and communication skills in fast-paced B2B environments
  • Experience with AI tools or agents for SEO/content optimization is a plus
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary aligned with market standards for demand generation leadership roles
  • Remote-first flexibility within the United States
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, data-driven growth programs in a fast-scaling environment
  • Exposure to modern martech, AI-driven marketing workflows, and advanced analytics stacks
  • Collaborative, cross-functional culture focused on experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Equal opportunity workplace with inclusive hiring practices
