This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role, combining vision, execution, and leadership in a fast-scaling, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive experimentation and testing strategies across creatives, messaging, landing pages, and channel mix to improve conversion and acquisition efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with analytics, creative, product, and finance teams to ensure integrated marketing execution and alignment with broader business priorities.
  • Identify and launch new marketing channels and growth opportunities, leveraging emerging platforms, technologies, and AI-powered solutions to scale acquisition.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing within fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams in complex, multi-channel organizations.
  • Proven expertise managing large-scale marketing budgets with strong command of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and unit economics optimization.
  • Deep experience with major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools including GA4 and related attribution systems.
  • Strong background in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization across digital marketing funnels.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in highly matrixed environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $152,000–$190,000 USD, plus performance bonus and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Flexible paid time off and paid holidays to support work-life balance.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth, mission-driven organization.
  • Monthly tech and productivity reimbursements.
  • Remote-first flexibility with a globally distributed team culture.
