It is a highly cross-functional role where product decisions directly influence user experience, operational efficiency, and care delivery outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable solutions while balancing new feature development with technical debt, security, and performance considerations.

  • Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs), leveraging data, customer insights, and market trends to inform product direction and improvements.
  • Conduct product discovery through customer feedback, VoC analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and refine product-market fit.
  • Ensure accessibility, compliance, and usability standards are met across platform products, including adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
  • Prepare and present product roadmaps, business cases, and strategic updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional alignment across implementation, support, and client success teams to ensure smooth adoption and continuous product improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within health tech, SaaS, or complex platform-based environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in home healthcare, home care, or related healthcare technology solutions strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, platform strategy, APIs, and integration-driven product development.
  • Proven ability to define and manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver scalable, high-impact platform solutions.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar product management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, KPIs, and customer insights to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare technology (HIPAA, interoperability standards, EVV preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Comfort working with APIs, third-party integrations, and modern web application architectures.
  • Willingness to responsibly leverage AI tools to improve productivity and product innovation.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $155,000 to $165,000 USD annually, plus variable compensation eligibility.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and additional leave benefits.
