As a Guest Services Associate, you will be one of the first and last people our guests interact with during their stay. Whether you're checking in a family on vacation, welcoming a guest travelling with their four-legged companion, assisting with special requests, or helping solve a challenge, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and service-focused manner.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs.
- Process payments, deposits, and billing transactions accurately.
- Maintain guest accounts, reservations, and communication logs.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and upgrades when appropriate.
- Complete shift balancing, reporting, and front desk checklists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning hotel systems and front office technology.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
