As a Guest Services Associate, you will be one of the first and last people our guests interact with during their stay. Whether you're checking in a family on vacation, welcoming a guest travelling with their four-legged companion, assisting with special requests, or helping solve a challenge, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs.
• Process payments, deposits, and billing transactions accurately.
• Maintain guest accounts, reservations, and communication logs.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and upgrades when appropriate.
• Complete shift balancing, reporting, and front desk checklists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning hotel systems and front office technology.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
