- Manage and maintain a healthy marketing-qualified leads (MQL) to sales-qualified leads (SQL) funnel, ensuring consistent progression through the early buying stages.
- Engage with prospects to qualify leads and provide relevant product and solution information that keeps them actively engaged.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records while tracking customer interactions and pipeline movement.
- Support early-stage sales opportunities by responding to inquiries and guiding customers toward the appropriate next steps.
- Collaborate with global marketing and sales stakeholders to align messaging with ongoing campaigns and customer needs.
- Apply structured qualification frameworks and data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and funnel performance.
- Use digital tools and CRM platforms to monitor trends, identify opportunities, and recommend next-best actions.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification processes and early-stage sales funnel progression.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for email-first and digital customer engagement.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and work effectively in a global, distributed environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
