Finance Solution Architect in India at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Solution Architect based in India.

This is a high-impact client-facing architecture role focused on delivering end-to-end enterprise finance transformations using modern ERP platforms. You will lead the design and implementation of complex financial and operational solutions, translating business needs into scalable system architectures. The role combines deep functional finance expertise with hands-on solution design across large-scale ERP deployments. You will work closely with global clients, running workshops, defining requirements, and guiding implementation from discovery through go-live. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and centered on delivering measurable business value through technology. You will also play a key role in ensuring solution quality, governance, and long-term system sustainability across multiple engagements.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise ERP implementations, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system design. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding solution decisions and ensuring successful adoption of finance transformation initiatives built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Lead full lifecycle implementations including analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support for ERP finance solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into structured functional specifications and user stories.
• Design and review solution architecture, including data models, integrations, customizations, and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee configuration and deployment of finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and expense management within enterprise ERP systems.
• Manage data migration activities including mapping, transformation, validation, and import into target systems.
• Lead testing strategies including functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure solution quality and stability.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution estimation, scope definition, and effort assessment for ERP projects.
• Drive training, knowledge transfer, and go-live readiness activities for client teams and internal stakeholders.

This role requires deep expertise in finance transformation and enterprise ERP implementation, combined with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills. Candidates should be experienced in delivering large-scale solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related enterprise systems, with the ability to bridge business and technology effectively.

• 8+ years of experience implementing enterprise ERP solutions, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Strong functional expertise in finance modules including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, expense management, and project accounting.
• Experience in solution architecture, business analysis, and end-to-end ERP delivery lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, and planning processes in enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in data migration, integration design, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work in global client environments.
• Professional certifications such as CA or CPA will be considered a strong advantage.
