The role combines active prospecting, face-to-face sales, digital outreach, and consultative selling.

- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships based on trust and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Research and analyze the target market to identify competitors, emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential customers.
- Prospect for qualified leads through market research, social media, events, partnerships, and other outbound approaches.
- Conduct face-to-face prospecting and sales activities, as well as outreach through phone calls, emails, and messaging channels.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate the value and differentiators of products and services.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, proactively addressing questions and proposing solutions aligned with their needs.
- Use CRM and sales technologies effectively to manage the sales funnel, track negotiations, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with planning, marketing, content, and technical teams to align commercial strategies and support customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to strengthen sales capabilities and remain current on products, services, and market developments.
- Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities for relationship-building initiatives and innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial or sales roles, with a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Previous experience with active prospecting and face-to-face/PAP customer acquisition.
- Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales technologies to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to changes in market conditions and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and opportunity-identification skills, combined with the autonomy to address challenges independently.
