This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a MarTech - Sr. Program Manager based in United States.

This is a hands-on contract role responsible for driving execution across a complex Marketing Technology (MarTech) portfolio.
You will coordinate initiatives spanning digital experience, customer engagement, marketing automation, content operations, customer data, and emerging AI capabilities.
Working across business, technology, agency, vendor, and platform teams, you will bring structure and momentum to complex, interconnected workstreams.
The role will provide visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery performance for stakeholders and leadership.
You will play a key role in launch readiness, governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of portfolio operations.
Success will require strong program leadership, organization, communication, and the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
This nine-month contract offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping strengthen scalable MarTech delivery practices.

Accountabilities
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives across business, technology, agency, and vendor teams, maintaining integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, workback schedules, decision logs, and action trackers.
  • Track delivery progress, risks, issues, assumptions, and mitigation plans, proactively escalating matters that require leadership attention and ensuring follow-through through resolution.
  • Facilitate delivery reviews and provide concise, decision-oriented updates, dashboards, portfolio views, and governance materials for stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Serve as a central coordination point among platform owners, business engagement leads, technology teams, agencies, vendors, and enterprise partners, identifying dependencies and resolving coordination gaps.
  • Support initiatives across digital experience, web, content operations, customer engagement, marketing automation, customer data, consent and preference management, omnichannel marketing, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Facilitate trade-off and decision-making discussions, document outcomes, clarify ownership, and drive agreed actions to completion.
  • Support portfolio governance, planning cadences, intake administration, demand tracking, impact assessments, prioritization, RAID management, capacity inputs, and delivery performance reporting.
  • Coordinate testing, UAT, implementation readiness, launch planning, deployment activities, release management, and go-live communications across interconnected initiatives.
  • Confirm readiness checkpoints, approvals, ownership, training requirements, and stakeholder communications are addressed before launches, while monitoring and escalating emerging readiness risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve intake, governance, delivery, release, and cross-functional coordination processes, driving adoption of standardized program management practices and scalable ways of working.
  • Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen portfolio execution.
  • Establish reliable portfolio visibility, improve cross-functional follow-through, and reduce the operational burden on platform owners and leadership through proactive execution management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, digital operations, marketing technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, agency partners, and diverse business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, release readiness, governance, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience creating leadership-ready status reports, portfolio dashboards, governance materials, and decision-support documentation.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, organize complex workstreams, establish accountability, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, executive presence, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with MarTech, digital transformation, customer engagement, CRM, web, content, customer data, marketing automation, or consent and preference management is preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid delivery, and product operating models is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or comparable program and portfolio management tools is a plus.
  • Experience supporting omnichannel marketing, digital experiences, content operations, or AI-enabled marketing capabilities is desirable.
  • Strong execution leadership, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to provide concise, decision-oriented communication to senior stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Contract duration of approximately 9 months, covering a family leave assignment.
  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Compensation of $90–$100 per hour.
  • Eligibility for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements.
  • Compensation and benefits are administered through the third-party staffing partner and may vary based on applicable terms and conditions.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact MarTech initiatives spanning digital experience, customer engagement, data, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Exposure to cross-functional business, technology, agency, and enterprise teams within a complex and highly regulated environment.
  • Opportunity to contribute to improved governance, delivery practices, automation, and scalable portfolio operations.
