Requirements

Customer Service

· Greet guests immediately, in a friendly and welcoming manner

· Provide excellent customer service to every person, every time.

· Work with multiple customers at one time and maintain individual customer satisfaction

· Handle telephone inquiries efficiently

· Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received

· High energy, competitive and sales driven personality.

Parts and Accessories Sales

· Work directly with customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.

· Inform customers of any sales, specials, or new merchandise.

· Ensure displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.

· Communicate estimated costs and completion times to customers.

· Assist customers with customization of their motorcycles to fulfill their vision and dreams.
