TPA Core Services Senior Business Analyst
Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a TPA Core Services Senior Business Analyst at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and support the delivery of high‑quality healthcare services to 9/11 responders and survivors.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a TPA Core Services Senior Business Analyst, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP). You will play a crucial role in ensuring that requirements, workflows, and system interactions across Third Party Administrator (TPA) core services are fully aligned, validated, and ready to support accurate and compliant healthcare delivery.
• Lead requirements analysis, workflow documentation, and operational alignment activities that ensure the Program's eligibility, claims, provider data, and member service components operate correctly and consistently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams, operational leads, QA testers, system vendors, data specialists, and government stakeholders to achieve seamless integration and system readiness.
• Drive accuracy and performance by validating system logic, coordinating cross‑system interoperability, resolving defects, and ensuring process and requirements traceability end‑to‑end.
• Utilize requirements management tools, integration analysis methods, healthcare administrative expertise, and technical understanding of TPA systems to ensure functional correctness and operational reliability.

• Education: Technical training, certification(s), or degree
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience (healthcare, payer operations, systems analysis, or federal program support preferred)
• Technical skills: Requirements management, workflow/process modeling, EDI analysis, cross‑system integration validation, Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps, and understanding of eligibility and claims systems
• Security clearance level: MB(T2)
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams; experience validating system and process outputs; familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII security, and federal healthcare program requirements; 0-10% travel as needed

The likely salary range for this position is $89,675 - $121,325. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
