Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute annual and seasonal channel strategies across Retail eCommerce, Amazon, and D2C to achieve revenue, margin, assortment, pricing, and promotional goals.
● Manage key retailer relationships, lead regular business reviews, and serve as the primary contact for merchant, marketing, and merchandising teams.
● Identify growth opportunities through POS, category, competitive, and digital performance data to expand distribution, improve assortment, and increase shelf and online presence.
● Track sales, traffic, conversion, profitability, and operational KPIs; translate performance data into actionable recommendations and forecasts.
● Plan and execute promotions, seasonal events, and new product launches, measuring sales lift, ROI, and overall effectiveness.
● Manage pricing, costs, terms, and promotional investments to protect channel profitability and maintain margin targets.
● Optimize digital shelf performance, including product content, search visibility, reviews, merchandising, and retailer-compliant assets.
● Plan and optimize retail media and paid digital campaigns against budget and ROAS targets.
● Build and maintain channel- and item-level forecasts and partner with Supply Chain to support inventory, replenishment, in-stock performance, and aged inventory management.
● Resolve operational issues including shortages, PO problems, deductions, compliance concerns, and fulfillment challenges.
● Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Supply Chain, and other teams to align channel strategies and execution.
● Manage Coordinator priorities and performance while delivering regular business reporting, scorecards, and action plans to drive accountability and results.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
● 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or online retail
● Experience managing multiple channels (D2C required, Amazon, Retail eCommerce, highly preferred)
● Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting targets
● Analytical mindset comfortable working with data, dashboards, and KPIs
● Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and forecasting.
● Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
● Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
● Up to 30% of travel.
